    Horse Stables in West Texas

This was one of our biggest projects in 2024 that is still ongoing. Despite its size and some complexities in the design, we were able to beat our expected timeline.

    Phase 1

The first phase of the project consisted of erecting the stables, and installing the metal panels leaving the job site ready for the next phase

    Phase 2

The second phase was completed in February of 2025 and involved installing the wall panels of the stables and the erection of covered round pen.

A better view of the round pen can be seen in the videos below.

    Continuation of the Project…

The project is far from finished, and we will be picking up were we left off once we’re giving the go ahead. This project has required a lot of effort from our crew as it has minor detail we wanted to get right.

However, we at Lunas Building Construction are proud of the work we are doing and the resutls we are achieving. Below we have a small montage of the work we have done.

    Carport and Detached Garage

As any Texan knows, when summer come it come hard. Our client contacted us wanting a detached garage with a carport to cover their vehicles before the summer heat. We completed the project from laying the foundation to the erection of the garage, with minor material delays, in under 2 weeks.

The first version of the Garage Design did not have a carport attached, it was only after the foundation was laid that the client requested an overhead be added to the garage.

The last minute addition cause a bit of delay with the delivery of the material but ultimately it was worth it. The client was incredibly satisfied with the final result

  • Modern Barn House

Modern barn house with exterior metal panels.

This project was completed in around 2 weeks. There was some difficulty with the wood framing being warped do to poor installation and external factors. the warped vertical wood columns made the metal panels warp out which would result in the panel bending in or out depending on the warped wood.

To fix the issue we had to try and retored the warped wood to an upright position to the best of our abilities. Though some imperfections can still be seen, but all issues were communicated with the owner.

The final challenge was the material itself. Black metal panels are a bit delicate and if not handles with care they can get scratched up and the black contrast make these damages very noticeable. Despite all our challenges we were able to delive a quility product that the client was happy about.
